ReplyDeleteThey want to kill the Muslims in America? What kind of freedom is a country that says you are free to practice your religion (why the pilgrims came there on the Mayflower) but then wants to stop others from practicing their religion? Huh?

Insha'Allah, this series will point out some disturbing similarities between current political rhetoric about Islam and Muslims, and previous governments' attitudes toward other groups.
ReplyDeleteHopefully, this will also be a YouTube series, and after it's done, at least some people will change their attitudes about how Muslims should be dealt with.
Xenophobia is a horrible thing. People need to see the bigger picture, that most people, of whatever faith, are normal, and not extremists, even if their opinions are ultimately very different from your own.
ReplyDeleteI have to say, I'm learning a lot about Islam from your blog. Why have people fought and died for freedom for so long if one cannot express it through a harmless piece of clothing?
